Project Manager
The Marketing Projects Manager will lead the execution of direct mail campaigns, print advertising, and promotional materials for a leading travel brand. This role involves managing four mailers per month and creating 2025 ads for newspapers and magazines, including inserts. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal design teams and external printers, proofread materials, and ensure timely delivery. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team in the travel industry, where your work directly impacts consumer engagement and brand visibility. You will manage high-impact campaigns reaching over 73 million consumers annually and contribute to a brand known for excellence and innovation. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday onsite and Fridays remote, with hours from 9 : 00 / 9 : 45 AM to 5 : 30 / 6 : 00 PM. The environment is collaborative, creative, and deadline-driven, ideal for someone with positivity and passion. You will work closely with a creative team, a director, a proofreader / editor, and the marketing team.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
