Program Support Specialist (NIH)
Program Support Specialist - NEI's Office of the Director
Roles / Responsibilities :
- Plans and arranges meetings and travel for the Director
- Manage the Director’s calendar on a daily basis
- Work collaboratively with the Director on all calendar and travel needs
- Be responsible for entering and updating the Director’s calendar
- Conduct calendar updates to the Director and resolve any calendar discrepancies
- Assist with calendaring and travel planning of other leadership team members within the Institute (i.e. Deputy Director, Executive Officer, etc.)
- Other administrative functions supporting the Leadership team of the Institute
Requirements :
- Significant experience with planning travel in NIH system (Concur)
- Familiarity of domestic, foreign, and sponsored travel policies
- Strong communication skill
- Calendar management skills
- Problem solving skills
