Staffing Coordinator

The Meadows at Ashland is now hiring :

Staffing Coordinator

Duties will include coordinating staff for nursing, as needed throughout the facility. This includes receiving and promptly acting on request for staff coverage from supervisors on a daily basis . This position works closely with supervisors and staff employees to provide adequate coverage in the facility. This position also requires some on call duties.

This will most often be Monday through Friday (8am-4pm). Some weekend and evening work may be required.

Experience : Two more years of administrative experience preferred. Staffing experience is a must.

Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Excellent customer services skills.

Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills.

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to maintain confidentially.
