Senior Director, Data Operations

Location : Morris County, NJ

Department : IT / Data Operations

Reports To : Chief Information Officer

Primary Function :

We are seeking a Senior Director of Data Operations to lead and implement data solutions across diverse environments while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines. This role will oversee data management, strategy, reporting, and third-party access, as well as drive process improvements to support business needs. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor team members in delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and validation of data reporting processes.
• Evaluate data accuracy, completeness, and scope; analyze and resolve anomalies.
• Lead data implementation for new programs and optimize existing processes.
• Recommend and adopt best practices in data reporting and processing.
• Ensure program requirements and timelines are met by improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Represent Data Operations in standing meetings and business reviews as the SME.
• Partner with account managers to :
• Support onboarding and implementation of new data programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences.
• Deliver data solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Support business processes, including pharmacy network commitments and onboarding meetings.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
