Key Responsibilities :
This role is part of the Digital & Commercial Innovation team, whose role is enabling an insights-based, end-to-end commercial ecosystem is a critical growth accelerator for J&J MedTech. The Senior Analyst, Media Operations, US Region will play a crucial role in delivering our Integrated Customer Experience Plans and omnichannel approach across multiple channels, ensuring that we can launch, measure and optimize all Commercial initiatives, paid and owned. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive clarity on Commercial strategy and media goals, including objective, calls to actions and key performance indicators. This role will help deliver innovative and impactful media executions that drive Commercial success.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Defines multi-platform media targeting strategy by segment based on business strategy (e.g. geotargeting, account heavy ups, etc.).
- Manages media budgets and builds media briefs.
- Liaises with Marketing Communications, Integrated Customer Experience & Global teams to complete paid social.
- Liaises with Media agency for paid executions and design test & learn scenarios to drive innovation and speed to impact.
- Stays current with media trends, compliance standards, and best practices in the healthcare and med tech industries.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Communications, Education, Technology, Global teams and others to deliver innovative and impactful owned media executions (e.g. newsletters, email journeys, organic social, etc.).
- Works with Integrated Customer Experience manager to deliver integrated calendar.
- Ensures campaign cohesiveness and effectiveness, balancing across customer segments / products and accounts.
- Collaborates with Analytics and Automation team to set benchmarks for ROAS by tactic and campaign and implement monitoring mechanisms that ensure key performance measures are being met.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications :
A minimum of a bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of business experience (marketing, communications, public relations, business development, etc.), including 2 years media planning experience with proven track record of success required.Understanding of customer journeys and omnichannel marketing required.SMARTSHEET and / or Sales force marketing cloud (SFMC) experience preferred.Healthcare marketing experience preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.Ability to collaborate and lead teams in a complex, evolving environment and within a matrixed organization.Benefits Summary :

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $91,000 - $147,200
