Location : 111 Fitness Center / FFC
Required Shifts : 5 : 45am to 1pm Tuesday – Friday
Compensation : $16.60 per hour

Responsibilities
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceGreet members by name and with a smile and create "First Impression" for the club; Check in, welcome and ensure that members and guests have a safe and enjoyable experienceAnswer incoming calls and direct calls accordingly in professional manner and in accordance with 111 Fitness Center greeting scriptMaintain the weight and cardiovascular fitness areas ensuring equipment is clean, functioning properly and used according to guidelines of the facilityExecute all duties relating to Locker & Laundry ServiceEnsure members and guests are aware of all programming, activities and events availableMaintain attendance records and ensure all members and guests have registered for the facilityAssist in promoting the Fitness Center and organize special events as requiredEnsure the Fitness Center is clean and well maintainedFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation policiesHandle member questions and concerns in addition to performing tasks related to : Membership, Marketing, Programming, Locker & Laundry and OperationsPerform opening and closing functions regarding the front desk; Adhere to assigned schedule and task checklist as closely as possibleAttend required meetings and complete other duties as assignedQualifications
Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous customer service, hospitality, retail (or related industry)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsEnergetic and enthusiastic personalityPassionate about the health and fitness industryAbility to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and strong work ethicAmerican Red Cross CPR Certification (or equivalent)American Red Cross First Aid Certification (or equivalent)What We Offer

FFC offers a robust training program mandatory for all employees to attend. The training includes multiple hospitality courses to be completed during your first 90 days. Your manager will go over your role specific training and dates upon hire.
