As a Launch Coordinator, you will be the orchestrator of new product introductions (NPIs), ensuring that battery and energy storage systems smoothly transition from design through development into full-scale production. You'll be the nerve center connecting engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to meet technical, timeline, and cost targets during each launch phase.

Responsibilities

Program Coordination

• Lead cross-functional activities for new product and process launches
• Develop detailed launch schedules, track milestone progress, and identify risks and mitigation plans

Manufacturing Readiness

Collaborate with sourcing and supply chain teams to ensure supplier readiness and material availability

Ensure process work instructions, control plans, and standard operating procedures are defined and documented

Track and triage launch-related issues, drive resolution with responsible teams

Act as the central point for communication of launch status, risks, and progress across departments
