Position Summary

The Account Specialist is the face of the Company to our customers. Account Specialists are responsible for maintaining great working relationships with our clients and handling their day-to-day business needs.

Principle Accountabilities

• Oversee client accounts, provide exemplary and personal service to a variety of customers
• Assist in order processing, leveraging several different digital platforms
• Control effective communications for your accounts by acting as a liaison between your customer and the warehouse operations team. This includes :
• Communication of inbound / outbound demand and special customer needs
• Working with ITS' Fleet and Freight Brokerage to better serve your customers
• Providing consistent and professional communication with clients regarding the status of their orders or special projects
• Understand and act in accordance with client contracts, perform basic billing and auditing
• Create and maintain documented standard operating procedures specific to your clients

Position Requirements

Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to :

Schedule : 9am - 6 : 30pm Monday through Friday

Pay Range : $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
