Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues with professionalism, sound judgment, and empathy
Document all customer interactions and outcomes in the internal tracking system
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of retail, call center, or customer service experience (recent college graduates encouraged to apply)
PC proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and CRM systems)
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for video calls
Social media moderation experience is a plus
