1. 目前身处主流发达国家或地区；

Current Residence : Currently residing in mainstream developed countries or regions outside Mainland China ;

2.具备理科或工科相关专业博士学历；

Academic Credentials : Hold a Ph.D. degree (at minimum) in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) disciplines, with expertise in a field closely aligned with your target industry ;

3.未来有回国发展或前来中国工作的愿望或诉求；

Relocation Intent : Demonstrate a clear intent to pursue employment opportunities in China within the next 3-5 years ;

4. 可应用普通话或英语作为工作语言；

Language Proficiency : Proficient in business-level Mandarin or English (working language proficiency in at least one required).
