Key Responsibilities of the Controller :

The Plant Controller will present financial results and lead variance analysis

Develop operational metrics and cost management strategies

Support inventory costing, capital planning, and forecasting

Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify improvement opportunities

Maintain strong internal controls and collaborate across teams

Qualifications for the Controller :

Manufacturing accounting experience

Strong cost accounting experience

Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
