Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 AM - 4 PM + weekend call
Weekend Call Requirements : Friday 4 PM - Monday 7 : 59 AM
Position Overview
Seeking a Locum Psychiatrist specializing in Behavioral Medicine to provide inpatient psychiatric coverage while a current psychiatrist is on leave. Additional vacation coverage will be needed in the coming months.

- Practice Setting : Inpatient Adult Psychiatric Facility
- Patient Load : 8 patients per day on weekdays; 16-20 patients per day on weekends
- Total Beds : 54
- Psychiatrists in Group : 3
- EMR : Epic
- Referral / Transfer Protocol : Managed through Conduit Access Center in OH
- Safety Measures : Locked facility, CPI-trained staff, campus police rounding, emergency code system
- Treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Affective Disorders, ADD / ADHD, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, Developmental Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, and Organic Disorders
- Familiarity with Involuntary Commitments, Seclusion Therapy, Pharmacotherapy, and Restraint Application
- Patient Demographics : Adults (18+)
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active VA Medical License
- 100% Clean Background
