Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified Instructional Aide to directly supportthe mission of Statesmen College Preparatory Academy for Boys byproviding oneonone instructional support small group instructionand behavioral support for scholars who are both typical andexceptional learners in the general educationenvironment.
The person best suited for this roleis a learningoriented and inspirational adult with a desire toimpact the overall academic experience of underserved students.
Youwill be an effectual adult looking to expand your knowledge andpractice within the classroom. The best candidates have more thanthe required High School Diploma orGED.
The starting salaryis$37068.

Responsibilities
- Deliberatelybuilding and leveraging strong relationships for outcomes forchildren.
- Leveraging relationships in workingwith young male scholars for the purpose of increasing theirengagement in highqualityinstruction.
- Supporting the service provisionand implementation of intervention strategies specific to thestudents under their purview.
- Coordinatingcommunication regarding progress towards goals and necessaryprogram changes with parents / guardians andteachers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED BachelorsDegree preferred
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
- Strong organizational andproblemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks
- Ability to work independentlyand as a team
- Proof of full COVID19 vaccination(or a qualifiedexemption)
