Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with provider groups, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and effective implementation of services
Create and present monthly reports to clients that demonstrate the impact on their operations, showcasing measurable outcomes and growth
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, operations, or related roles, preferably with a focus on revenue cycle management within healthcare or technology sectors
Experience with CRM tools and customer success software is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including sales, technical support, and operations
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on using data to deliver results and enhance the customer experience
