We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Virtual Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems.Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.The pay range for this role is :
28 - 35 USD per hour(Remote (San Angelo, Texas, US))
