PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Enterprise Transformation Manager at our Tysons, Virginia location. The primary purpose of this role and the Enterprise Transformation team is to promote organizational awareness and transparency around high-level programs which impact the enterprise, align teams on shared goals, and successfully deliver priority initiatives.

Program Management
Manage large, cross-team programs at the enterprise level.
Facilitate proactive and collaborative communication throughout the organization regarding change.
Minimize risks and serve as an escalation point.
Advocate Project Management best practices throughout the organization.
Develop and oversee the execution of program plans to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
Monitor program progress, identify any deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure the program objectives align with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Help assess and measure value.
Collaborate and work cross-functionally with senior leadership and program stakeholders to create, prioritize, and define key strategic and tactical initiatives and resolve project roadblocks.
Awareness & Communication
Assist with the build-out of the One Front Door process to promote awareness of major, enterprise-impacting changes.
Track projects through OFD and ensure downstream activities are completed.
Help manage project conflicts, challenges, and risks.
Culture
Drive and exemplify a culture of openness, communication and transparency.
Help ensure alignment with business strategies.
Build and maintain working relationships with teams, vendors, and others across the organization.
Lead and influence without authority.
Other duties as necessary to deliver organizational projects or programs and improve the overall success of changing delivery across the enterprise
Qualifications
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience performing program and project management duties preferably in the credit union / banking industry or a financial services environment.
Proven track record of facilitating positive team dynamics to help maximize performance.
Prior experience in influencing, motivating, and mobilizing large teams and business partners.
Demonstrated experience successfully delivering complex programs, managing across teams, and interacting with executive leadership.
Excellent communication skills.
Supervisory Responsibility
This positon will not supervise employees.
Licenses and Certifications
Scaled or Lean Agile Certification preferred.
PMP Certification preferred.
Change Management Certification preferred.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.
Travel
Ability to travel to various worksites and be on-call is required.
