Job descriptionInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions to plumbing problems Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Communicate effectively with clients to address their plumbing needs and concerns Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Proven experience as a plumber, with a minimum of 5 years in the field Proficiency in various plumbing techniques and equipment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid plumbing license and / or certification preferred Clean driving record and reliable transportation Competitive hourly wage ($30.00 - $45.00 per hour) based on experience and skills Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans Paid time off and holiday pay Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration Company vehicle provided. 8 hour shift Monday to Friday On-call duty is required one week out of every six, with on-call hours compensated at $100 per hour .
