In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, Dining Room Host / Hostesses are the face of Chick-fil-A. The experience that is created in our dining rooms is one of the key goals of this position. We want to make our guests feel welcome by delivering the core four essentials, eye contact, smile, speak with enthusiasm and serve from the heart. Most importantly we want to create Raving Fans and this goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment.
