Office Services - Finance Department

$17 / hr

Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Join a busy Finance department as an Office Services professional! If you're organized, detail-driven, and love helping people, this role lets you support daily operations, handle invoices, maintain records, and provide excellent customer service.

What You'll Do :

Assist customers with accurate answers and troubleshooting.

Process invoices and support accounts payable functions.

Maintain and track records, files, and information systems.

Gather information for federal application requests.

Prepare correspondence and support office workflows.

Perform ad hoc accounting tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring :

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Great customer service skills.

An understanding of policies relating to procurement, monitoring internal controls related to accounts payable approvals and handling checks
