Organizational Change Management Analyst

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Create and apply a Change Management strategy to support project adoption

Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness while identifying key stakeholders

Support training efforts and manage communications related to change initiatives

Required Qualifications

Understanding of change processes related to IT implementations, HR transformations, or process redesigns

Experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools

Ability to work effectively at all organizational levels

Familiarity with project management approaches and lifecycle phases

Experience in large-scale organizational change efforts
