California Licensed Litigation Counsel

A company is looking for a Litigation Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Manage various litigation workstreams related to independent contractor classification and unemployment insurance claims

Partner with Senior Litigation Counsel and outside counsel on high-stakes litigation matters, including drafting pleadings and briefs

Oversee the Company's unpaid revenue litigation strategy and manage third-party subpoena responses

Required Qualifications

JD and active admission to one or more state bars with at least 5 years of relevant experience

Proven ability to take ownership of work and manage projects independently

Experience navigating complexity and ambiguity in a lean team environment

Strong willingness to engage with and interpret data from various sources

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
