Key Responsibilities

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

Managing a full caseload of pre-litigation matters

Evaluating liability, damages, and treatment plans

Drafting and reviewing demand packages

Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel

Communicating regularly with clients regarding case progress

Collaborating with a full support team including case managers, demand writers, and lien negotiators

Maintaining detailed notes and case activity in the firm's legal CRM (Litify)

Requirements

Active California Bar License and in good standing

Minimum 4+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation

Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution

Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with legal CRMs like Litify preferred

Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
