We have an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist extraordinaire to join our amazing doctor and team where everyone matters, from our patients to our supporting staff.

As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice! You'll provide exceptional service to our patients while working closely with our dentists, dental assistants, and team leader to ensure every visit runs smoothly and efficiently. If you're friendly, organized, and love helping others, we'd love to meet you!

A few specific duties :

• Patient scheduling and confirmation
• Dental health records
• Maintaining patient accounts
• Insurance eligibility
• Direct customer service
• General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed.
