Key Responsibilities

• Demand Generation & Campaign Execution : Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across paid social, SEM, display, webinars, events, and content syndication. Manage agency relationships and ensure performance meets cost-per-lead and pipeline objectives. Run experiments on creative, targeting, and channels to maximize impact.
• Email & Nurture Campaigns : Create and manage email marketing initiatives, including newsletters, drip sequences, product launches, and automated nurture flows. Continuously test and refine subject lines, send times, and audience segments to improve engagement and conversion.
• Landing Page Optimization : Work with design teams to create and iterate on campaign landing pages using HubSpot CMS and Webflow. Optimize headlines, forms, and layouts to improve conversion rates and drive qualified leads.
• Marketing Operations & Reporting : Own and maintain HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign attribution. Collaborate with Sales and IT to ensure data accuracy and visibility across the funnel. Track and report on campaign performance metrics that inform decision-making.
