Job description
A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor for Workers Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service
Guide the team in handling claims according to best practices
Manage workloads, define team goals, and utilize technology to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 8 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled
Claims background in Workers Compensation
Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years
