Job description

Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.
  • Maintain inventory and manage food and beverage costs.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve business goals.
