Position Overview : The TMS Care Coordinator is a critical component of TMS Operations and is responsible for performing educational consultations to interested patients, qualifying them for insurance coverage, obtaining and maintaining authorizations, and working with internal and external clinicians to ensure patient collaboration of care.  The TMS Clinical Coordinator will be responsible to travel between 2-3 clinics within their metropolitan area (region) to facilitate these duties. Under the direction of the Director of TMS Operations, the TMS Care Coordinator will be a partner in the building and branding of our TMS Program.  The coordinator will work cross functionally to ensure adaption and collaboration of new processes and training.
