Job descriptionmanage 8 direct reports optimize & support Genesys Contact Center oversee all voice, data, and video communication networks maintain Cisco IP phones, call routing, and voicemail systems partner with stakeholders & operational leadership 7+ years of Telecommunications, Voice, & Data Networks 3+ years in team leadership & people management Cisco or Genesys Contact Center ACD, VoIP, and Cisco hardware & software REQUIRED : on-site 1-2 days / week REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree (preferably in Telecom or IT) Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP) a big plus
