JOB SUMMARY

• Due to Department of Defense (DOD) contract requirements, the incumbent who fills this position must be a US citizen and must also pass a background check.

This role supports key analytical aspects of the application product lifecycle, focusing on specific application components. The incumbent will leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collaborate with internal customers, translating high-level business needs into detailed technical requirements. This includes developing business cases, gathering project specifications, and analyzing data to identify process improvement opportunities. The position requires excellent communication skills for active participation in Agile scrum teams, executing test cases, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring the quality delivery of solutions. A thorough understanding of end-system impacts and the ability to identify and resolve risks and defects are essential. This role also contributes to organizational knowledge, mentors junior resources, and supports continuous improvement within the team, utilizing report writing capabilities, SQL proficiency, strategic thinking, and Agile methodology expertise.

Pay Range Minimum : $57,700.00

Pay Range Maximum : $107,800.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
