JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of our growing real estate and construction business. This person will play a critical role in building systems, driving accountability, and leading a team of eight across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong people management skills, understands systems and metrics, and can problem-solve independently. This is a in office role 5 days a week onsite.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a team of 8 employees across construction, sales, and operationsDevelop, implement, and optimize operational systems, processes, and KPIsOversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and accountabilityHire, train, and conduct performance reviews to build and strengthen the teamWork directly with construction teams on job sites to ensure quality and alignmentEstablish and monitor performance dashboards to drive productivity and profitabilityCollaborate with leadership on strategic planning and executionHandle customer interactions with professionalism and careProactively identify operational challenges and implement solutionsManage conflict resolution and maintain a positive team cultureDrive continuous improvement initiatives to support growth and scalabilityQUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of people management experience (leading teams of 5 or more)Proven track record in building systems and implementing operational metricsExperience in construction and / or real estate strongly preferredStrong background in hiring, training, and performance managementExceptional conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsAbility to work strategically and hands-on in both field and office settingsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of accountability, integrity, and follow-throughProficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferredSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
