Assistant Nurse Manager - Operating Room

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) day shift position at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. The role involves Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts with rotating on-call and weekends. There is an 8000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.

Providence St Vincent is an acute care medical center with strong programs in General GYN, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Robotics, and Vascular. The department consists of 27 operating rooms and approximately 143 staff members. Key responsibilities include overseeing the operations of 27 operating rooms, collaborating with various departments to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes, implementing and maintaining best practices in surgical procedures and patient safety, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and graduate from a school of nursing (BS or BSN), and an Oregon Registered Nurse License. Preferred qualifications include recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital, charge nurse / relief charge nurse experience, leadership experience, shared governance experience, and orthopedic experience.

Pay range : $59.39 - $93.75. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role.
