• Site Design & Development : Lead the design of site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Project Management : Manage multiple land development projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Permitting & Regulatory Compliance : Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals. Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and municipal codes.
• Construction Oversight : Work closely with contractors, surveyors, and field engineers to oversee site construction and resolve any issues.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, and municipalities to ensure project success.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Provide guidance to junior engineers, drafters, and project teams, reviewing designs, calculations, and reports.
• Risk Management & Problem-Solving : Identify and mitigate potential risks, conflicts, and challenges during project execution.
