Experience Requirements :

Minimum 2–3 years of Trauma Level I–II OR experience ( Hard Stop )

DaVinci Robotic experience required

Preference : 3 years of OR circulating experience in an acute care setting

Ability to independently circulate major cases in a full-service OR (19–20 rooms / day)

Scrub experience is a plus

Certifications :

BLS (Required)

ACLS

(Preferred)

PALS

(Preferred)

COVID-19 Vaccine : Required – Medical / Religious Exemptions Only

Flu Vaccine : Required – No Exemptions

Key Required Skills :

Trauma Level 1 or 2 experience

DaVinci Xi Surgical System

Full-service OR circulating experience

Ability to assist / float to a wide range of specialties including General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma, GYN, Robotics, ENT, Plastics, Bariatrics, Podiatry, and more

Conscious sedation monitoring, Universal Protocol, Infection Control, Radiation & Laser Safety

Specimen handling, wound management, starting peripheral IVs, and catheterization

Specialty Requirements :

Robotics : Da Vinci Xi, Robotic Colorectal / GYN / Urology / GI surgeries

Vascular : CEA, EVAR, fem-pop bypass, AAA repair, etc.

Neuro : Craniotomy, laminectomy / discectomy, cervical / lumbar fusion, VP shunt

Ortho : TJR, ORIF, ACL reconstruction, arthroscopy

General Surgery : Appy, Chole, Hernia, Colon resections, Whipple

Trauma : Amputations, GSW / stab wounds, multi-injury (MVA)

Pedi OR : General, ENT, Ortho, Endoscopic procedures

Thoracic : VATS, thoracotomy, lung resections

Transplant : Organ donation (as applicable)
