Role Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate seasonal baker who loves to bake with purpose and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Being a baker at Dog Tag is an empowering experience — an opportunity to grow in your career. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in from-scratch baking.

Baker Responsibilities & Duties

Successfully scale, mix, bake, and cut products like brownies, blondies, peppermint bark, etc.

• Be able to mass produce and bake all bar products for the holiday baskets.
• Properly cut all brownies and blondies to the correct size.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and clean work environment.
• Follow direction and recipes correctly.
• Ensure all product is kept to Dog Tag Bakery standards.
• Maintain production and stock levels for stations.
• Communicate low ingredients to chef if you notice the stock is low.

Work Hours, Compensation & Benefits

Full-time work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.

Tentative start date of November 3rd

Production shifts end December 19th

Must be available to work weekends and start at 11am. Start times may vary due to orders.

Starting wage : $18-$20 per hour (based on experience) plus tips.
