We are seeking a Logistics Systems Transformation Business Leader to drive the evolution of our logistics technology ecosystem. This role will spearhead the modernization of our logistics capabilities through innovative systems design and implementation of ground breaking technologies. The ideal candidate will serve as a change agent who can translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps, leading multi-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
Description
As the Logistics Systems Transformation Business Leader, you will be responsible for developing and driving a multi-year systems transformation strategy that embraces autonomous workflows, bi-directional data connectivity, AI / ML optimization, and advanced simulation capabilities. You will collaborate with partners across the organization to identify problems, provide requirements for future-state logistics systems architecture, and oversee implementation of solutions that drive measurable business value.

Compensation & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
