We are seeking a Logistics Systems Transformation Business Leader to drive the evolution of our logistics technology ecosystem. This role will spearhead the modernization of our logistics capabilities through innovative systems design and implementation of ground breaking technologies. The ideal candidate will serve as a change agent who can translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps, leading multi-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Description

As the Logistics Systems Transformation Business Leader, you will be responsible for developing and driving a multi-year systems transformation strategy that embraces autonomous workflows, bi-directional data connectivity, AI / ML optimization, and advanced simulation capabilities. You will collaborate with partners across the organization to identify problems, provide requirements for future-state logistics systems architecture, and oversee implementation of solutions that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a comprehensive logistics systems transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Design innovative logistics systems maximizing principles of no-touch autonomous workflows, bi-directional data connectivity, AI / ML optimization, and simulation capabilities
• Serve as the main liaison between business partners and technology teams to ensure solutions meet operational requirements
• Drive organisational change initiatives to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes
• Develop cases and ROI analyses to secure executive consensus and investment for transformation initiatives
• Oversee implementation of logistics systems solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic vision
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the logistics technology roadmap
• Lead teams through all phases of the transformation journey, from ideation to implementation
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
