Job description

Our client is a leading property restoration provider, trusted nationwide to restore homes, businesses, and communities affected by disasters such as flooding, fires, and severe storms. With a strong presence across the U.S. and 24 / 7 / 365 availability, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional service with speed and precision.

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Representative with a Hunter Mentality -someone who is relentless in seeking out new business, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. This is a pay-for-performance opportunity, where top earners are rewarded for results. We welcome candidates from diverse B2B sales backgrounds, including healthcare, education, higher education, multi-family, and construction .

What You'll Do :

  • Hunt for new business - Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in NYC and Westchester County.
  • Build relationships - Network with key decision-makers across various verticals, including healthcare, education, multi-family, and construction.
  • Attend key events - Represent our client at trade shows, industry events, and client functions.
  • Negotiate & Close Deals - Develop tailored solutions and drive contract signings to exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay Ahead of the Market - Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Operations - Ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For :

A true hunter - Someone who thrives on chasing leads, making connections, and winning deals.

B2B Sales Experience (3+ years) - Background in restoration, insurance, construction, or related industries is a plus.

Proven closer - Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong communicator & negotiator - Ability to influence decision-makers and build lasting relationships.

Tech-savvy - Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile technology.

Driven & Self-Motivated - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture.

Local Market Knowledge - Familiarity with NYC and Westchester County business landscapes is a major advantage.

Valid driver's license & ability to travel locally - Occasional overnight travel may be required.
