We are expanding and seeking to add a self-motivated, tenacious and purpose-driven Medical Billing Manager to our team. Looking for flexibility? Our team works hybrid in office or fully in our Skokie office! The Billing Manager will be responsible for : Foster and develop strong client relationships.
Serve as primary point of contact for client communications. Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows. Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement. Participate in presentations to prospective clients. Manage new client implementations.
Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings. Participate in marketing and business development strategy. What we offer you : Flexible work environment Hybrid or fully in office.

Healthcare and RCM experience preferred. Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment. Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
Demonstrated skills in delivering results. Master’s Degree or equivalent experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
