As the first partner our clients meet after signing on, you'll guide them through the most critical stage of their Real Geeks journey. You won't just help them "get set up." You'll own their path to success, designing and delivering an onboarding experience that builds confidence, momentum, and measurable business results. You'll combine project management, product expertise, and coaching.
Key responsibilities include :
- Deliver a confident, personable welcome and seamless handoff from sales.
- Translate each client's goals into a clear success roadmap with defined milestones.
- Drive implementation of all platform components, balancing speed with quality.
- Coach clients through CRM setup, lead engagement, and marketing best practices.
- Monitor progress and re-engage clients who fall behind on key onboarding tasks.
- Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor during onboarding.
- Collaborate with MLS, support, and training teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Spot early signs of churn risk and apply proactive problem-solving.
- Document outcomes and insights to improve future onboarding strategies.
What you offer includes :
35+ years in customer success, onboarding, or account management within a SaaS environment.High attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.Proven experience coaching customers toward measurable success, not just product setup.Strong communication and consultative skills with both technical and non-technical users.Skilled at managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.Experience with HubSpot, real estate, or web / CRM platforms preferred.What we offer :
