Technical Program Manager

Location : Bellevue, WA
Job Description :
8+ years of experience with customer support tickets
Accountable for operational performance including real-time SLA management, escalation.
Experience with Infrastructure management, supportability, and monitoring
Collaborate with multiple teams to bring the resolution to the customer issues.
Bringing in value adds and service efficiencies.
Ability to adopt to project needs and learn new skills and technologies
SKILLS
Experience working with ticket management system.
Experience in production / customer support.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with Azure support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Windows Server / Client / IOT devices.
