Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Lot Organizer / Inventory Merchandiser to manage the physical organization, presentation, and movement of vehicles on our lot. This role is critical to keeping our inventory clean, accessible, and ready for retail and wholesale operations.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable driving multiple vehicles daily, and takes pride in maintaining a professional appearance of our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and arrange vehicles on the lot according to company layout standards
• Stage vehicles for retail display and photography
• Move vehicles between parking areas, service, detailing, and photo stations
• Maintain accurate vehicle placement and inventory flow
• Ensure aisles, entrances, and high-visibility areas remain clear and presentable
• Assist with preparing vehicles for sale (light cleaning, positioning, basic checks)
• Support management and sales staff with vehicle logistics
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Successful completion of background screening
• Strong organizational skills
