Job description
A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of user experiences for digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Drive continuous product improvements through research and iterative design solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and solve user experience challenges
Act as a mentor to junior designers and contribute to team learning and process improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
3-6+ years of product design experience
Expertise in UI, visual design, and interaction design
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools
Understanding of front-end web technologies and e-commerce best practices
