Job description

We’re looking for a hyper-organized, detail-obsessed operator to keep our Client's fast-moving apparel and accessories brand running smoothly across design, production, and marketing. This role is the connective tissue between teams — making sure every project is tracked, every deadline is met, and every person knows what success looks like. It’s equal parts process, people, and polish - the person who keeps things tight without killing the creative flow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Trello boards and project workflows across design, production, and marketing
  • Ensure deliverables are clear, deadlines are realistic, and accountability is in place for each task
  • Keep the master planning calendar up to date with key milestones, sign-offs, and launch dates
  • Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen - align teams and drive follow-through
  • Create visibility for leadership into project status, ownership, and progress
  • Help refine processes as we grow, making things simpler, faster, and smarter
  • Support the design team with seasonal trend inspiration, competitive research, and creative moodboarding that aligns with the brand's consumer
  • Who You Are

  • Naturally OCD about organization, timelines, and follow-through
  • Comfortable holding people accountable while keeping morale high
  • A quick study who understands both creative and operational worlds
  • Experienced in project management tools (Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Energized by working in a small, startup environment with a massive social footprint
  • Curious about culture, fashion, and what moves the brand's community

  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
