About the Role
As the Enterprise Architect for Order Management, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the strategic architecture vision that supports global order management operations. You'll partner with IT executives, business leaders, and project managers to develop, maintain, and evolve architectural models that ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with long-term enterprise goals.
This is a tech-ambivalent, strategic leadership role, ideal for someone who can guide architecture decisions across technologies while understanding complex business processes in retail and eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the domain architecture vision for Order Management and related Order-to-Cash systems
- Develop and maintain architectural models, roadmaps, and design standards
- Collaborate with business, IT, and project teams to align technology direction with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for modernization and optimization of order management systems
- Act as a trusted advisor on enterprise-level architectural decisions impacting the broader technology ecosystem
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution, or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management, or operations3+ years as an Enterprise Architect, ideally within a large, enterprise-scale organizationStrong understanding of Order Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processesProven experience working in retail, eCommerce, or large consumer goods environmentsBackground in computer engineering, software architecture, or systems designExcellent strategic leadership and stakeholder management skillsWhy This Role
