The Career and Culture Division (CCD) within the Department of Human Resources (DHR) seeks an innovative and visionary Employee Experience Project Manager (Project / Program Manager III) to join the Employee Experience team.
Reporting to the Employee Experience Program Manager the Employee Experience Project Manager will support the execution of Employee Experience initiatives across King County. This individual will support the planning deployment and communications related to employee surveys as well as provide support and consultation to key collaborators as needed.
As a collaborative partner you will work closely with CCD leaders Employee Experience Champions and leaders throughout the county organization to support the development and deployment of employee experience strategies including the annual employee engagement survey. From developing and delivering employee engagement training leading employee engagement action planning and consulting with managers and teams across the organization youll be part of a team cultivating a King County workplace where all employees have the opportunity to thrive.

Work Schedule
This position is exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not overtime-eligible. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule every other Thursday comprising a 40-hour workweek normally 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday. T his position is not represented by a union and is classified as a Project / Program Manager IIII; class code : .

Selection Process
Forms and Materials Required
Applicants will be screened for competitiveness completeness and written communication skills. Initial screening will be based on a review of application materials. The most competitive candidates will be invited to participate in a series of one or more interviews.
We have set aside Monday December 15 to hold the in-person panel interviews. The selected final candidate will be invited to a meet and greet with the E mployee Experience Program Manager and Division Director on Tuesday December 16. Both interviews will take place at the King Street Center located at 201 S. Jackson Street.

Teleworking Requirement
The work associated with this position will be performed predominantly through telework complemented with onsite work and meetings as needed. Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
