About the Role :

As a Personal Care Provider / QMAP at Lakeview Commons, you will :

• Help residents build and maintain meaningful relationships by facilitating group activities.
• Allow residents to maintain their dignity by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meals, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
• Accurately document and track care plans including restorative care under the direction of various therapists.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : Interest in geriatrics required; previous experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be willing to attend QMAP classes with the follow-up expectations of administering medication.

Skills :

• Ability to read, write, speak, and follow oral instructions in English.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of care provision.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• A team player who fosters and promotes a positive and supportive work environment.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $17 - $22 / hr. DOE. Employees who work at least 24+ hrs. per week qualify for a full range of benefits, including :
