We are searching for a passionate and innovative Product Manager to join our team and spearhead the development of next-generation AI-powered products.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by translating cutting-edge AI technology into user-centric solutions that revolutionize our offerings.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities

Developing AI-driven products : Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of AI-powered solutions to enhance our tele sales financial services.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams : Work closely with sales, marketing, and technology teams to ensure alignment and integration of AI initiatives with business objectives.

Conducting market research and analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs, conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.

Defining product strategy and roadmap : Develop a clear product vision and roadmap for AI initiatives, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.

Managing the product lifecycle : Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, iterating based on feedback and performance metrics.

Ensuring product compliance and security : Maintain compliance with industry regulations and security standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of customer data.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Fully bilingual (English-Spanish).

3+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of AI concepts. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data science principles is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Previous experience working in the small business market is a plus.
