Compensation Analyst (Senior)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Oklahoma City based client in the financial services industry to fill a hybrid-remote Compensation Analyst position.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years variable compensation design experience
Knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management / Sales Performance Management best practices
Minimum 3 years leadership experience in the compensation field
Excellent communication skills
