The Marketing Specialist will report to a Marketing Strategist and serve as the project manager on client accounts. You will be the driving force behind the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. Your responsibilities will include confirming project scopes, setting timelines, and managing budgets to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, web / dev, paid media, PR, and integrations, to ensure seamless project flow and high-quality outputs. Additionally, you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication to manage expectations and provide regular updates. By proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks, you will ensure that all projects align with client goals and SmartBug agency standards, ultimately contributing to client satisfaction and agency growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clientsAct as one of the main points of contact for your clients (along with your Marketing Strategist)Address client feedback and concerns around budget, timelines, and scope promptlyEnsure your clients see SmartBug as an indispensable partner in their growth, and that each receives a 5-star customer experience as measured by being the highest-rated partner on the HubSpot partner directoryyour clients should be happy to be a referenceDeliver consistent, world-class quality across all customer lifecycle campaignsProject Management

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in project managementExperience working with project management tools, Teamwork.com, a plusProficiency in Google SuiteHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesEnsure project deadlines are met and commitments are honoredUnderstanding of the HubSpot ecosystem and basic digital strategies including but not limited to : social media, blogging, email marketingStrong work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitudeStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with both clients and internal teams effectivelyDemonstrated ability to ensure high client satisfaction without sacrificing client goals and adhering to SmartBug valuesStrong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to navigate complex challengesHigh level of integrity, work ethic, and professionalismPassion for client success and a commitment to delivering outstanding resultsCuriosity and desire to learn, keeping up with industry trendsExperience working remotely in similar roles is strongly preferredHubSpot essential certifications$50,000 - $65,000 a year
