A local construction contractor is looking for an Office Assistant to work alongside our Executive team in the Glendale Heights area. In this role, you will be providing administrative support, acting as a key member to the growth of our business!

Starting Pay Range : $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, dependent upon skill set
Responsibilities :
Data entry, filing, billing and invoicingKnowledge of Payouts and AIA Progress BillingType reports, memos, letters and other documents using word relevant computer software.Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.File and retrieve documents, records and reports.Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the companyDetermines appropriate course of action, referral, or response to field staff and customers.Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.Mail sorting and distributionOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications :
2+ years in an administrative or customer service roleExcellent verbal skillsNotary Public preferredStrong people skills and professional phone presenceAbility to work independently and remain motivatedHelpful with customer service orientationPrioritization and time management skillsProfessionalism along with speed and attention to detailKnowledge of English languageFamiliar with Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of Pro-Core, Textura, and Quickbooks (desktop) preferred
