Join Pega’s dynamic Global Partner Marketing organization, where we collaborate with Specialized, GSI’s, and Government partners to accelerate growth and deliver transformative solutions. Our team works at the intersection of product innovation and partner success, enabling a global ecosystem to market, sell, and implement Pega’s enterprise AI decisioning and workflow automation platform. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Partner Operations to drive strategic initiatives that shape Pega’s partner‑led go‑to‑market approach.

Base salary range for this role is 189,400 – 294,100 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
