Our team works at the intersection of product innovation and partner success, enabling a global ecosystem to market, sell, and implement Pega’s enterprise AI decisioning and workflow automation platform. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Partner Operations to drive strategic initiatives that shape Pega’s partner‑led go‑to‑market approach.

  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally : Work with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner engagement and feedback integration.
  • Manage MDF Programs : Optimize partner marketing investments through effective development fund strategies.
  • Lead & Mentor : Build and develop a high‑performing team focused on partner success and innovation.

Who You Are :

You are a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with deep expertise in product marketing and partner ecosystems. You thrive in fast‑paced, global environments and excel at translating complex technology into compelling business value. You’re passionate about enabling partners and driving measurable impact through innovative marketing programs.

What You’ve Accomplished :

  • 12+ years of progressive product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Proven success in partner or channel marketing, including enablement and co‑marketing initiatives.
  • Expertise in go‑to‑market strategy, product positioning, and launch execution.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics (system integrators, resellers, technology partners, hyperscalers).
  • Experience with enterprise software, AI / machine learning, workflow automation, or low‑code platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Bonus : Experience managing MDF programs, driving partner‑led revenue growth, and working in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Innovative Work Environment : Be part of a company recognized for cutting‑edge technology in AI‑powered decisioning and workflow automation.
  • Continuous Learning : Access to professional development programs, certifications, and learning resources to grow your career.
  • Global Impact : Collaborate with world‑class partners and influence Pega’s global go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Inclusive Culture : Join a diverse, supportive, and collaborative team that values innovation and creativity.
  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits : Comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, generous paid time off, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Career Growth : Opportunities to lead strategic initiatives and make a measurable impact in a high‑growth technology environment.
  • Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 189,400 – 294,100 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
